Yoga

I offer one on one private yoga classes, group classes, bike shop yoga, and virtual lessons via skype. I specialize in teaching restorative, Yin and vinyasa yoga, and I will customize a yoga class for you based on your particular needs and abilities.

I work with cyclists, endurance athletes, and all types of active adults from beginners to advanced yogis who want to use yoga to feel better and stay healthy.
