I knew that I needed to change my lifestyle, and I wished that there was somebody who could help me figure it all out. It was too overwhelming to make change on my own.

I will also hold you accountable to the steps it will take to reach your goals. My approach to health is integrative and holistic, which means that together we look at all of the areas of your life that contribute to your overall wellness, from the way you take care of your body to the way you care for your mind.
